Online sales not included in Square POS terminal Sales report

I've recently noticed that our online orders sales are not being displayed in the Square terminal Sales report. Only in-store sales are displayed with no option to include the online sales in this onscreen report. I don't believe it has always done this in the past so may be related to some other new updates recently introduced?  Sales reports from within the dashboard and app itself include these sales which is causing discrepancies when viewing sales from the terminal.

Hello @Gabberdunes !

 

I think a software update may have changed a setting on you, you're not the first I've heard having problems pulling all the reporting data.

 

On your terminal, More-> Reports -> Sales

 

Tap on the date on the top of the screen. Scroll down and make sure that the Filter By Device section is marked for All Devices. and that Filter by Team Member is set to All. That should bring all your sales data back to the terminal.

 

If not, please let us know here and we will troubleshoot further.
