Hello! My online orders have stopped. Come to find out, no one can enter their address without getting a message that it wasn't accepted. What's going on and how can this be fixed?
I am hoping this helps you. This was happening to me and am no longer having an issue. When a customer goes to enter address and the system begins to auto populate if the customer allows the auto- populate to finish the address I was finding that it was causing address to be incomplete and causing an error message. If the customer types out the full address without clicking the auto populate it would go through. Let me know if this helps you.

www.botanicalbrowbar.com is the website and from there you can go into shop and click to purchase etc and everything up until check out works fine! I have tried doing it from the square app and different direct links as well but it seems to still have the same issue.
I had seen you type that on a different thread so tried it and unfortunately still did not work!
Just started having this issue now as well thanks for the info, i will post a deal on it on my website.
