Online Store Error - Verify Identity

I've had my square store open and operating for close to a year if not longer and I'm all of a sudden getting an error message I don't understand.

 

You have 0 days left to verify your identity. If you don’t, all past transactions will be refunded to your buyers. Verify now

 

When I click the verify now it comes back to the same page.  There is no place to verify anything.

Hey guys! That messaging was a false alarm and has since been  removed from the Square Online Site Editor.

I am getting this message too, verified through Square.  Have an order that funds were taken from the customer, but I don't have access to them.  Click verify now and it brings me right back to the same page. It says I have 3 days and funds will be refunded.  Any solutions out there?

Hi there, @RSQSWMR - sounds like there may be a pending software update for either your browser or device itself. Have you tried attempting using a separate browser?

If that doesn't work, we will recommend reaching out to our Support Team directly.

I've only be open on line for over a month and it will not allow me to verify my identity to be able to process payments can some one please help I have orders pending due to payments

I am currently getting this message where it says "verify your identity - not verified" but when i click the link, it just refreshes the pages and doesnt lead me anywhere. need assistance!
