Customers without email or phone

I live in a community where a lot of people do not have email,  And some also do not have a cell phone.  (I petsit).  I want to setup a customer and print out an invoice for them.  I'm currently boarding 2 cats for a woman that have been here for over 3 weeks.  I was able to add her landline to her customer profile, but how do you deal with the email when they don't have one? I want to keep track of everything in one place.  Plus when it's time to file taxes...

You can definitely add the land line to the customer profile. Any messages sent to that number will just drop off.

 

As for email, when I encountered this problem I usually used my own email address. If you have access to creating email accounts on your webhost you could even set up a specific email address to collect these invoices.

 

Once the invoice is sent you do get the option to view the PDF of it. You can then print that out and get it to the customer.
