One of my clients unsubscribed from our messaging by mistake. How to subscribe her again?
Hello @Onde and thanks for your question. If your customer has an older email or text message from you, they should be able to click on a link at the bottom to update their preferences. If they don't (which most likely is the case with many people), they can go to this link and sign in with either phone or email. This will bring up their Square profile and where they can manage subscriptions to you and other Square merchants they have bought from in the past.
