When a new online order is received the POS app doesn’t show a notification badge until the app is opened. Surely the idea of notifications is to alert you that you need to open the app

@tonydow same if you navigate away from the app. I might have been guilty of watching Netflix when it's been quiet rather than keeping an eye on the order screen 😂
If you happen to open the app, see the new order message and view it, you would never see the notification badge at all.
Hi @tonydow and @Sam_400º, thank you for your post! This is a known limitation and from the last time I check, our team are working to roll out a new feature that will help with this issue. However, I don't have an exact date for the roll out right now but I'll be sure to keep you both up to date if I hear anything.
