I was doing a practice run for a sale, and when I sent myself the receipt, it said that my experience was a 3.6 when I hadn't reviewed anything. What caused this and how do I fix it?

Interesting! I'm curious where in the process you're seeing this review. Usually reviews only happen once a customer replies to an emailed request to review the purchased item. Is this an item that's been sold before perhaps?
Customer reviews can be found on your dashboard at Dashboard -> Online -> Items -> Customer Reviews. (it may have been moved to the Marketing section of the dashboard, too). Here you can see all the reviews for your site.
If it's a new item or there are no reviews currently on it, can you please reply with a screen shot of where you're seeing the 3.6 rating? That way we can help further troubleshoot.
