My transfers aren't going into the correct bank account.

Why is it that within my Square app it shows my verified bank account but when I go to transfer the The funds, they transfer to another bank account. What am I doing wrong or why does this happen?

Hi @Nejace- Thanks for reaching out.

 

Are you using the Instant Transfer option? Any transfers that are done automatically will be sent to whichever bank account you have linked. But Instant Transfers are sent to the linked debit card on your account, if you do have that set up. So they could potentially be sending to two different bank accounts. 

 

Give that a glance, and if that's not exactly what's happening, you can always contact our CS team to have them look it over with you.
