I opted in for the text messaging instead and I texted the number and got no response at all is there any way to correct that
Hey! Can I get some more detail as to what you are referring to? Are you using Square Appointments and if so, have you contacted the customer to see if they received the text?
I texted the number to subscribe to text message alerts and it didn't register at all in the system even when i did it and same thing with a couple of my customers had the same issue
Are you using Loyalty to subscribe to text message alerts? Also, as a seller, can you explain how or why you are subscribing to text message alerts for yourself?
I definitely want to help, but I need a lot more detail as to exactly what steps you have taken to subscribe to which services. Thank you!
Im using loyalty to get more interaction on my business page and once I went live with it a couple customers said they weren't getting any info from the text feature so I figured I would sign up for it to try and see what they were talking about and that's when I found out that it didn't even show that I registered for the text alerts in the system so I explained to them that it wasn't available and was working on a solution
I would check to make sure you are successfully subscribed to loyalty under Pricing & Subscriptions! If so, then definitely contact our Loyalty Support Team so they can make sure you have all your settings set up correctly.
