Importing an ECWID store

Hi, 

I am importing our existing store from ECWID into SQUARE. But only three of my eight categories has come across to SQUARE.

Does anyone know why this is the case?

Although Square integrates with Ecwid to process payments, all API functions are operated and managed by Ecwid. For help with Ecwid-specific questions, you’ll need to contact their support team directly.
