My square online site was completely fine up until today. Out of no where everything is marked 'out of stock' I have tried everything to change it and it will not change! help!
I do not have any known reports of sites having this inconvenience at this time. Have you checked if inventory tracking is on for your products?
Yes! I am having exactly the same problem. Before I saw this thread, I posted my own. I'd also like to know how to fix it.
There was a recent hiccup in our Inventory system that caused this @Donna04. This has been corrected, if you are still experiencing this your best bet is to reach out to our eCommerce team. Please reach out by phone when you have a moment by logging into your Square account and heading here.
Thanks @JJ_ It does look like things are much better now. I've even been tweaking my categories today, humming away. Thanks for your help.
