Multiple Meta Connections on one account

We have one account in square with 2 locations. Each location is a different clothing brand and demographic so we setup two separate Weebly sites through square. As of now, Square does not allow you to connect Meta with multiple locations. We want to be able to tag our clothing on Instagram, but we're not able to do that on our second location. Does anyone have any solutions? As of now, the only thing I can think of is set up two separate accounts, but that would be extremely inefficient with reporting/payroll etc..

Hi @Duryeada.  Sorry for the delay in replying.  I saw your post on Friday, but wanted to do a little research on my own before I replied.  Everything that I tried as a possible work-around through Square took me to a dead end.  That’s probably not a surprise as you probably tried the same things! LOL. At this point, you’re stuck, I’m afraid.  I’d imagine that your business is an outlier in this regard, which is why this did not come up during the Beta test of this feature.

It sounds to me like Square might want to consider moving the Online Sales Channels functionality from being an account-level setting to a location-level setting, at least optionally when a business needs that level of granularity.  The only way to get the ball rolling on doing something like that would be to submit a feature request to the Square Online team.  Even if they do accept it, however, this will be anything but a quick fix or rollout unless they are already working on it.

If you decide to submit a request, please post the URL to it here.  I’d love to upvote it and add some thoughts for the engineers to consider on why this could be a great level of flexibility for a wide range of sellers.
