Is it possible that you have more than one Square account? If so, you may have accidentally logged into a separate account - meaning your transactions on the other account would not be visible .
We are not able to see account specific details here on the Seller Community, due to this space being a public platform. However, you can reach out to our Support Team and they can take a deep dive into this issue with you!
