Hello. Some of my clients have cards saved on file (that I did not manually enter) and others don't? Is it possible that some of the cards used to secure the appointment when booking can be saved on file when booking their initial appointment online? I'm not seeing a section when booking that asks clients to store their cards or not, but somehow some of my clients have their cards stored without me seeing them in person.
Is there a way for the "no show protection" card can be transferred to the card on file??
