Messages Not Opening

Is anyone else having an issue with square messages?

 

When I click on the message, it just sits there spinning trying to open the message, but it never opens. Don't see anything reported on issquareup.com , wondering if it's just me or if anyone else is having the issue.

Hi @crystalimages.  I have successfully opened messages on my dashboard, iPad POS and iPhone POS.  If you are still having problems, you should probably contact the Square Customer Success Team here.

I can open them on mobile devices, just not the dashboard on my mac. I may try clearing cache before contacting support.

Definitely do that.  Weirder things happen with the internet!  For that matter, if you have another computer (Mac or Windows or iPad) try that, too.!  At the very least, your results will help the engineers find the source of the problem!
