Member discounts in store

Hi everyone!

OK, this feels like a newbie question, but I can't seem to find an answer to exactly what I'm after.

We have just moved to Square for both in-store and online sales.

Online, if a member is logged in they receive a 10% discount on everything (handle via woo-commerce).

We would like to have that same ability in-store.  So, if a member comes in and wants to buy an item for $1, we will enter their member details (mobile number or whatever) and the 10% discount will be applied and the item's price changes to 90c.

There must be a simple way to do this, but I can't seem to find it.  I've found everything except what I am looking for!

Hopefully, it's really obvious, and that's why I'm missing it.

Thanks for your message!

Because there is no way to tie WooCommerce's website membership system to a Square transaction, you won't be able to automatically apply a member's discount with Square's Point of Sale.

The workaround is pretty straightforward though - you can build a 10% Member's discount on Square and manually add it to a transaction as required!
