Hi! Recently upgraded from an iPad 6 to a 9. Magsrtip reader worked perfect on the 6. Will mot work on the 9. Says connected but will not accept any swipes. Can anyone please help? I have ordered the one with the apple lightening end.

Some things to check:
Does your iPad 9th Gen or iPad 9 have the latest IOS ?
If yes, have you tried to turning your iPad off and on again (similar to a reboot) ?
Next option, have you tried deleting the POS App and reinstalling it ?
Note, we had an app issue one time, we deleted it, then did a reboot and then reinstalled the app.
Last options would be contact Square's Support - they may simply suggest the same as above or have some new thoughts.
