I have been comparing last years sales to this year's sales on and off for awhile, now all of a sudden, I cannot see last year's sales or they are partially there? What happened?

First things first, I recommend clearing the cache and history on your web browser if you're looking at your reports from there. Something may have gotten hung up causing the browser to report odd things.
How are you looking at your sales reports? On the point of sale app, the dashboard, the dashboard app?
If it's the point of sale app, a setting may have been inadvertently changed. When you're on your sales report, tap the date at the top of the screen and make sure it's set for All devices, all team members.
If it's the dashboard, make sure you have all your locations selected in the top row of buttons.
If it's the dashboard app, tap the pin button in the upper right and make sure your location(s) are selected.
I just tried all three ways myself and I'm seeing all the data. If these solutions don't work please let us know and we can try to troubleshoot further.
