How do I get access to transfers?

I am trying to add money to my account and “add money error “ is coming up

For quicker resolution, and because here on this seller forum we do not have access to sensitive account information (like funds), you should call Square Support directly at (855) 700-6000

I’ve noted that there are few such error reports about “add money error” displaying, but so far I’ve not been able to locate any better answer than the one I just gave you. Nothing here is pointing to what is causing the problem.

I will add that I just tried to add money and I got the message “Square is unavailable. Please try back later.” And I just looked at my online dashboard at it was having issues. Finally I went to issquareup.com and learned that they are having dashboard issues. So, this might just be a temporary thing??
