I have items showing, listed as available and show on my site, however when clicked on the item, the screen goes blank and options cannot be chosen. Any ideas as to why?
Although the volunteer community members here are not the same as Tech or Customer Support, there is a lot of hands-on experience with Square's Apps and Hardware. It would be helpful if you would share a URL so we could see what you are seeing. (It's possible that you may need to contact Tech Support as they can check your setup - that's something that cannot be done thru the community.)
