Mmhh that definitely doesn't sound right. Could you specify which troubleshooting steps you have tried in an attempt to resolve the issue? Do you receive any error messages when trying to troubleshoot the items?
If you are setting up items for Self-Serve Ordering, make sure that you tick the box beside self-serve ordering under fulfillment in the Edit Item menu. If this is not ticked, the item will not appear on your Self-Serve Ordering page on your website.
