Item Grid Not Syncing?

Is anyone else having a problem with their item grid not syncing? I have the Square register, can see everything, and use a tablet with Square for a back up register. It has always shown the same item grid but today it shows nothing in the grid (a problem when you are looking to quickly checkout without a scanner). I'd like to not rebuild the 5 pages because its a huge pain. 

This has just worked in the past and I don't want to mess with my registers grid. 

I've also installed and reinstalled and nothing. Thanks!

I've had issues with single grid slots acting strange and not syncing but never the entire grid.  Have you restarted the unit and/or logged in/out?

Hey there! Sorry for the delayed response lol! This crazy time of year! I have, restarted tablet, deleted app and reinstalled, and it's been a week with still nothing showing 😞 Used it the weekend prior and everything was there. 5 pages of grid items 😞

We took over a business that had an item grid set up on their Register. When we acquired the item list and setting on our iPad, the grid came over perfectly, but it disappeared on the Register. I contacted support, but they said it was because we did not have a history to pull from, an explanation I doubt because the demos show you can establish a grid right out of the box. Any advice to get the grid onto my Register would be appreciated!

No that's not right at all. I change between a tablet (backup register) and register and all my grids sync immediately. Stupid question, are you sure that the email log in is the same for both the iPad and the register? <--I totally did this at the beginning and did not realize. If it's the same, have you tried restarting the register? Sometimes it's a bit squirrely and a reboot usually shakes things out?

Okay, I got that fixed...rebooted, then changed the setup from Square for Retail to standard Square and everything came back. Except one thing...now the register is not seeing the cash drawer. 😞
