can anyone tell me what could be going wrong here?
Square is connected to my google business profile with a physical store location. It shows up as connected everywhere on the dashboard except for the automated emails section in the marketing program.
Here it says ‘create a google business profile or connect your existing one to activate this automation’
When I click though it shows it already being connected.
I’ve already tried disconnecting and reconnecting it.
I would really like to be able to ask for google reviews automatically after people make purchases.

That does sound strange. It sounds like the issue might be within the Google Business Profile itself.
When you have a moment, can you run through the steps here and ensure that everything is set up correctly?
Sorry to be so slow coming back to this, but I wasn’t getting anywhere and had too many other bits of the website to work on to really focus on it.
As far as I know we don’t have an administrator account as described here, my account is a superadmin for our location but I don’t really have any idea how to follow those steps as we don’t use google workspace like this.
The video I found about integrating square reviews seemed to show that I just needed to do the location sync, but my access to reviews/automated emails for them just doesn’t turn on
