Can my Giftcards from an old square POS be transferred to a new Square POS

I currently have a square account with outstanding Giftcards that I no longer use due to a payroll issue and incorporating my business. I have a new square account that I would like to redeem said Giftcards to since this is the same business and location; I just had to move everything to a new account since I had closed my Sole P. payroll on the old on and had to make a new SCORP payroll.

Can my outstanding giftcards be redeemed on my new account? Or is there a way to transfer them over to be able to redeem?

Hi @SBSPA ,

This can be done as long as you are the account owner on both Square accounts (which it sounds like you are).

You have to call Square support to do this over the phone.

They should be able to help get all of those gift cards transferred over to your new account.
