Is there a way to save or create a ticket on the point of sale app on iPhone?

I have the point of sale app on iPhone and iPad. On the iPad app, you can create a ticket for a customer (sort of like starting a tab) and save it. But there doesn't seem to be the same option on the iPhone unless I am missing it...which is quite possible.

Hey @DR22 - Yes! You can use the Open Tickets feature on your iPhone. Here's how to enable it:

1. From the Square app, tap the following symbol on the navigation bar:
2. Tap Settings > Open Tickets.
3. Tap Open Tickets and toggle the feature on.

From there, you'll see a "Tickets" button on your main Checkout screen from your iPhone. Your tickets will sync across any device you are logged into for Square.
