Is there a way to have delinquent balances carry over to next invoice?

I was wondering if there was a way to carry over amounts owed by a customer to the next automated invoice. Right now I have to do it manually for each account that is delinquent.

At this time each Invoice is its own separate transaction and carrying over isn't possible. I recommend you submit a Feature Request here. This will help our product team get visibility and track other Sellers with similar interest in your request. 

Important: When submitting a request, make sure to include the desired feature, and provide the details of how this feature will help your business succeed (how would you use it and what you expect from it).
