As far as Square directly you can order online from Square or through amazon and many online stores.  They do not have a physical store front like a Bestbuy.

Square doesn’t have any physical stores, but you can purchase our hardware directly from the Square Shop or through resellers like Amazon, eBay, Target, Walmart, and Best Buy.
