I can't use my link at all on Facebook! I can't send it in a message or post on either my personal or business page!
I spent most of my day perfecting my store but now it seems to have been a waste of time if I can't post the link.
Hey @MGoodman - That's strange. I haven't heard of this issue before. I recommend reaching out to Facebook support as they'll have more information about their spam filters and advise on how to whitelist your online store URL.
Did you ever figure out what was going on?
