I have multiple groomers that are paid by %. I started using square appointments and if they check out their client through square appointments I cant tell which groomer the transaction belongs to. In transaction if comes up listed with just the business name. I need the system to actually have the name of the groomer who ran the transaction, not the business name. If you think about that - - - really does not make sense, does it..
Prior to Sept 23rd IT DID list the name of the employee, now it does not. I called and got some BS and now am trying this route..
Hi @AGEC. Sorry for the frustration.
I moved your post to this thread so you can take a look at your options when it comes to tracking employee sales. You'll see above some mention of using "Employee Management". This is now called Team Management, but you can still use it to track your employee's sales.
Also, you'll find some workarounds that other sellers have found helpful.
