I have a client who has a reoccurring payment that's coming to me and his financial institution said he needed to contact me, the service provider, to stop his recurring payment from his credit card. How can I do that?
Hi @arfrancois. I’m assuming that the recurring payment is attached to a recurring invoice. Here is a link to a Square Article on Recurring Invoices. Follow the appropriate instructions in the “Manage a Recurring Series” section to cancel the recurring invoice as well as its payment.
