Item library import is missing items

I am trying to import an update Excel spread sheet file to my item library. All formats are correct but for some reason the updated items that I am adding are not populating in my Item list. The only thing I can think is that they new items do not have a TOKEN code and that may be the problem. How would I go about assigning one or does anyone know what I can do? I am not the only person that will be using this item library file so I need to make sure that it will upload properly.

Hi @Redrose0205. When you import the file, you should get a notification if there were any errors along with a list of the errors that were found. Did that happen and, if so, what error(s) did you receive?
