My Shippo account has been linked with my Square store since I started in 2022, but as of today, my Square orders are not syncing up. Did something change or is there something I need to do on my end?
Hey there @Valhalla_Beard. I assume that you are using the Shippo third-party app for the integration. If so, this is a question that you will need to direct to Shippo customer support. While Square provides the APIs for the integration, Shippo own the integration and any issues with it. I know that recently Square made some changes to merge various order functions and make them better. It might be that Shippo hasn’t yet updated to the latest APIs, but of course that is just a guess on my part.
