I am getting " uses an unsupported protocol. ERR_SSL_VERSION_OR_CIPH" error.

After setting up the domain from godaddy in my weebly webiste (https://witnessonlyauthentication.com). My website is down with this message:

'witnessonlyauthentication uses an unsupported protocol.

ERR_SSL_VERSION_OR_CIPHER_MISMATCH'

Do you know how to solve this?
