Ipad - Making all other apps inaccessible other than Square App

Hello,

Could anyone advise how I can make all other Apps inaccessible other than the Square App on my iPad 8th gen? 

For my Business I want to only avoid volunteers accessing "Settings" or other general Apps. Does this action have a specific name?

Great question. I'd suggest contacting Apple for an answer to this query, as it's to do with the settings configuration of the iPad.
