Customer paid invoice it shows up in transactions. But my balance is 0??? Customer support said it'll be there in 30 minutes it's been 3 hours. Is there something i can do to recover my money?
Hi @Zetajinx. Unfortunately, there are no workarounds here. This is something that you have to handle on the phone with support. Hopefully it has shown up by now but, if not, you need to call them back. I’m sorry I can’t help more.
