International phone numbers into Square Appointments

We have international clients trying to book an appointment on Square Appointments but cannot enter their phone number because the data field only accepts 10 digits. Is there any way to change that?

Hi there,

As far as I know, there isn't currently a way to customize the phone number field to accept different formats on the Square Appointments booking site.

One workaround is to make the phone number field optional and have international clients include their number in the notes section when booking.

Hopefully Square considers adding better support for international phone numbers in the future!
