Online Bookings

Hi! Am I the only one struggling with the online bookings?  I only want my existing clients to have access to my online booking.  How do I keep nonclients from having access to my schedule and allow only my clients access. Thanks!

To answer your question I need to understand the logic. Why don't you want new potential clients to see your booking page?

Hi, sorry it’s taken so long.   I am booked out for 3 months with my established clients, so I’m not taking any new clients. I have established clients that like to book their own appts because their schedules are crazy.   So allowing my established clients to have that option it seems to allow anyone from online to book appts

Hi @NixaHair No, Square Appointments does not currently allow you to filter out specific schedules or hide certain time slots for individual customers when they are booking online. All clients view the exact same available hours on your online booking site.
There is no way for Square to know about whether a customer is regular or new , till customer enters their information. Till then everyone can see your schedule and book
