International Online Sell Rejected

I have a client who tried to purchase an item from my Square Online site and lives in Northern Ireland (UK). The form would not accept his address. It seems I can only process sales from the online square page if they are in the US. Do I need to go back to PayPal?

Sounds like you may need to set up international shipping in order for customers to enter their international addresses. Have you set up international shipping @ChristianB?

This is exactly the issue, as I have been able to receive payments from other countries like Singapore. But UK is an issue. How do I set up international shipping? I have gone in and acting like a customer, I chose Northern Ireland and entered his information. The system said it was not a recognized address.

Try adding a shipping region (UK)@ChristianB. Let us know if that works.
