As this device is new to me it took awhile for me to set it up. But now it is asking for me to verify my ID but when I click on the link it doesn't work? Can anyone help with this?

When you have some time, could you please share some additional details on what you are seeing. Is the link taking you to an error message, or is there a particular screen you are met with? As well as, what device are you using to try to access the webpage?
