Weebly Form Confirmation Message Not Working

After filling in all the form info and clicking the send button, the confirmation message does not load. This also happens when selecting the link option. It looks like many others have experienced this problem but I don't see any successful resolutions.

If you have one, are you able to respond to this with a screenshot / screen recording of this error? Also, are you able to include a link to your site so we can investigate this further?
