I own a renter style salon. Can multiple businesses use the same square stand?

Title. We all use Square, but I'd love to have one stand at the front desk for everyone to use the same physical system. Is there a way to set up an ipad to where each person/business can toggle to their account and check out/re-book their clients?

Hi @tbeautique.  That is not the way Square is set up at all.  For now, the only possible workaround is for each person to have the Square POS app on their phones/devices.  You are welcome to head over to the Ideate Board and submit a feature request.  But, of course, this will not help you in the short run as even if it IS accepted, designing, coding and testing would take significant time and probably would not be available to the general public any time soon.

Each business would have to remember to Log out of the Previous Businesses account and Log into their own Square Account.   So it is possible to do what you want but it is complictaed and puts time between each Customer between logging in and out before  or after each transacation.  This could cause problems if people forget to login or out or if there are a line of customers at the sametime trying to pay for each different renter.  So you ask about Toggeling to another account that is not possible.  Now each renter could sign up for Square, get their own Card readers and use a Tablet or Cell phone at their area.  And then just use the stand to let renters log in if their battery dies or they forget their device.  Now if you want you could have each Renter get a Terminal so they can print their own recipts right at their work station.
