I only have one option for payment - credit card

I took a cash payment but I am unable to record it because it only allows me to add a credit card payment. How do I allow more options?

I am happy to help with this, but I might need some additional information on this situation.

 

  • Are you using the Square App, or a Square hardware?
  • Where exactly are you trying to process the payment?
  • Are you just looking to add Cash payments?
