I deposited some checks (mobile) still pending - the wait is business impacting.

I should have paid more attention when looking at POS systems. I deposited checks on Saturday; it's now Thursday, still pending, and there is a holiday on Monday. Will I really not be able to access funds until Tuesday next week? Severely impacting my business. I think it's a deal breaker with Square,

Is this or are these your first check deposits via Mobile with Square?  If so, the first few can take up to 7 business days, like any other bank when you first start depositing checks the holds are lengthy, as you continue to deposit, the time frame lessens, but will probably still be 1-3 business day wait time.

Yes, first mobile deposits but the checks have already processed through the other banks and I've had my square account for over 2 years. And everything I've read is it is standard to that square always holds check deposits 6-7 business days. That's just practical for my small business.

Yeah I completely agree with you, I mobile deposit directly with Chase and most of the funds are released instant and the remaining the next day.    This is just the unfortunate of the issuing bank that Square uses for their deposits.  I know I wouldn't want to wait that long for each check to clear.
