I have an online site where guests can select modifiers for a food option, I've selected the option that only one modifier can be selected, yet the guest can select multiple. How can I fix this? It's creating a bad guest experience.
Hey @goshawk - sorry to hear you're having trouble configuring you modifiers. Have you tried the instructions provided in this Weebly article under Edit Modifier Settings?
If so and your customers are still able to circumvent the modifier rules you set, you'll need to reach out to our eComm Team so they can take a closer look.
