ONLINE orders, quantities do not PRINT on the receipt.

Register printer does not print with quantities on each purchased items.  We have to research in the Transaction tab for quantity on each item purchased.  It worked fine before, and never had an issue. Mistakes are being made when collecting the items now.

Yikes, Seems like some troubleshooting is in order. Have you checked to see if the app version is up to date in the app store? Also check if the iOS has the latest version as well. 

 

If that doesn't help, reinstalling the app fix most glitchy, unusual behavior.
