I can't add photos to my products

I am making a website via Weebly. I create a product, then try to add a photo but when I select the file and insert it nothing happens.

Does anyone know how to fix this?

Thanks for getting in touch and sorry to hear you're having trouble with uploading photos to Square Online!

I ran a test on this just now and it all seemed to be working as intended. I'm wondering if this may be either a web browser issue or possible a file size/type issue.

Can you confirm:

1) The file format and size of the image

2) Are you using either Chrome or Firefox web browsers? These generally give the best experience with Square Online

3) Can you try clearing your browser cache or try in an incognito window or on another web browser? Do you see the same issue?
