I am trying to give another business a handheld POS so they can sell my product in their store.

I want to give other businesses handheld devices to use when they sell my product but I don't want them to have access to any other portion of the software. Right now, when I log into the device using the device code, they can see my invoices. I need to hide that from view and can't figure out how to do it. Help!

As I see this is your First post let me welcome you to the Square Forum.

Giving one of your Devices to another store to ring up your items is not the best way to go in my opinion.  Yes you have the Device settings right most likely but would have to enable the store(s) with settings of a user team.  This restricts the employees (Team Members) of what they can see.  They could also see all your other Items in the device or other sales reports depending on settings.  Here is more on setting up Team members : 7194-manage-your-team-from-the-square-point-of-sale-app 

You would be better off sending a csv file to the store of the items they will be selling.  Let them sell your products at a certain price and then pay you a set amount for each sale of your items.  Meaning after the item is sold,  go there on a certain day of the week for them to pay you for your items that sold the previous week.  As long as you can fully trust them.  The other option is to sell your items to them at wholesale prices and they sell your items for a price they set and keep the difference.   

For example pick a slow day say a Wed and every Wed at 4pm you go there and talk to the owner and ask how many of my items did your store sell.  Since this owner knows your coming at 4pm they should be able to have a print out of your items that sold and the quantities.  Then because of the agreed upon rate they owe you a total of $X.XX.  They pay you and your on your way.  Most businesses would not want to have a Point of sale for each Brand they sell, I know I wouldn't.  Or as a Customer how would you like to get your payment for Milk, then get a payment out for apples, then a payment out for bread..... for example... not convient at all.
