Hi there! Our customers are having issues submitting their reviews. Also, for many months we haven't received any reviews, and, speaking with customers, it appeared that the email requesting for reviews never went out. Anyone with issues with Customer Reviews?

I just received an email from a client saying that he tried to review my products but the links did not work. I tried them myself, and the buttons go to a blank page on my website--all the headers and footers, colors, etc., but no product-specific content.
Has anyone else experienced this? Is there a setting somewhere that I've missed? Other customers have been able to leave reviews without issue. But these links don't seem to work now.
My customers are reporting that item reviews are going to 404 broken link. What's up? Is this just my problem?
@Phillybaker I'm really sorry to hear the frustration regarding your reviews. Are the average stars of the reviews still showing? It's currently a feature request to display the actual reviews of the items themselves.
Not sure how your comment is responsive to my post about broken links for customers to leave reviews. As of now, the system won't even allow my customers to make a review, much less see the reviews.
I am having the same issue. Several customers have reported to me that the link in the email to leave a review are taking them to a broken page
contact support; they were able to fix it.
I am having the exact same issue. A few customers have reported to me over the last few days they are trying to leave reviews via the link in the email, which I have set to send after 3 weeks. They get the exact same issue you are stating.

Just to be clear - is this occurring for all of your reviews? Let me know, and I will also be reporting to our Engineering Team that you've identified a bug.
It seems to be the case with all who are attempting to write reviews, yes.
Do you happen to know if this is occurring on a specific browser? Also - are they opening the review on a computer or a mobile device?
I filed a ticket with our Engineering Team for them to look into it.
I'm not sure what browser. I will try to find out. I have had them tell me they tried on their phone and then later trying on their desktop
