I'm encountering a "โ๐ฆ๐๐๐๐น๐ ๐ ๐๐ค Internet Connection Error - Read Error" when trying to update or sync data. The software won't connect to the server properly. How can I resolve this issue?
Hey @janewilson246. Is this error coming from Quickbooks or Square? Can you provide a screen shot of it? I ask because, if it is coming from Quickbooks (as I suspect) then youโll need to get on the phone with their support team to resolve it.
One thing that you can try first is to disconnect Quickbooks from your Square account and re-connect it. Sometimes, this fixes any ghosts/issues that exist in the connection. Itโs worth a try, at least.
