I'm encountering an issue where QuickBooks is unable to send emails due to a network connection failure. What could be causing this, and how can I resolve it?
Not sure as this is a Square forum, so issues with QuickBooks not sending an Email might have to b looked at with QuickBooks not Square. Just from reading your question, sounds like Quickbooks is not configured to send emails or is unable to connect to your Email list. If you are trying to use QuickBooks to send out emails to your Square costumers you may have to import these customers to Quickbooks Customers mailing list or something. The other thing could be that Quickbooks is not configured correctly to send Emails? These are only guesses but you may want to ask in a QuicBooks forum on how to configue your email servers with QuickBooks to send emails.
